Compliance with laws and guidelines is a matter of course for us and our employees. Our actions, both in our internal processes and in our business relationships with our external partners and customers, are focused on this. Our commitment is to immediately investigate any compliance violations and take appropriate steps.

If you have concrete indications of possible violations of laws or regulations within our company, we encourage you to report such compliance violations to us immediately.

Examples could be:

  • Violations of domestic and foreign laws (e.g. safety or environmental regulations, data protection laws)
  • Violations of company guidelines (e.g. process descriptions, IT security guidelines)
  • Conflicts of interest: Employees act in their own interest and not in the interest of the company
  • Misuse of data
  • corruption
  • Embezzlement, theft, fraud
  • Discrimination, sexual harassment or other misconduct towards employees and business partners
  • Questionable business practices

Every compliance report is treated as strictly confidential - this applies to all information provided, including the identity of the whistleblower. The report can be made anonymously if desired. We guarantee that the whistleblower will not suffer any disadvantages as a result of his report - even if the report subsequently turns out to be incorrect or cannot be proven. At the same time, we do not tolerate any misuse of our reporting system and ask you to always submit reports to the best of your knowledge and belief.
