Our experience makes us safe. We master the production of several hundred materials and tools with the most complex chemical compositions and shapes. We do not rely on chance but on safe and repeatable processes.
Maximum quality is a promise for us. Every product is constantly monitored with appropriate quality controls from the production of the material or the receipt of the material to the outgoing goods and processes are corrected promptly if necessary. Continuous improvement is our daily business. The quality management system is of course certified according to ISO 9001. In addition, many customer-specific approvals from well-known customers and manufacturers of high-performance materials prove that we always meet the highest individual requirements in terms of quality.

Energy and Environment
Energy efficiency, environmental protection and resource conservation are a matter of course for us when manufacturing our products. As an energy-intensive company, we always face the challenge of manufacturing as sustainably as possible. The continuous improvement of our processes with regard to energy and resource use is our focus.
In addition, the energy-saving operation of our industrial furnaces, economical production control and the return of our process waste to our material cycle are just some of the contributions we make to protecting resources. increasing resource efficiency
Our challenges as an energy-intensive company are constantly growing - in terms of energy policy and also in terms of legal requirements. In order to take advantage of as much potential as possible, we are currently carrying out a project in our company with the support of VIA Consult GmbH & Co. KG. In order to increase the efficiency of the use of materials and resources in our processes, effective starting points and potential with regard to reducing consumption are to be identified.
The entire order processing process is analyzed, potential for saving resources is identified and quantified, and measures are derived whose implementation should be initiated as quickly as possible.
As a result, we as a team were able to identify a large number of possible savings in the use of materials and energy after just a short period of time.
