We have always stood for precision in the production of tools and components. With a team of experienced specialists and committed young talent, we produce sophisticated tools on state-of-the-art CNC machines.

Starting back then - with the production of drawing dies, through the processing of drawing tools made of hard metal - to today, with the processing of high-alloy tool steels and hard machining, we continue to develop our experience and know-how. For our well-known customers in all areas of mechanical engineering, the automotive and automotive supply industries.

Individual production and high flexibility, with the highest repeat precision are our claim. We have a modern machine park for this:

• Milling in 5 axes, with high-speed spindles up to 24,000 rpm, up to 1,800×2,000×1,100 mm and 5 tons. Unit weight
• Turning up to Ø 500 mm and 1,700 mm length, driven tools and Y-axis turning
• Turning/milling center with main and counter spindle with 1,250 mm turning length
• Surface grinding up to 1,500x800x420 mm and 1.4 tons. Unit weight
• Round grinding inside/outside Ø 300 mm and 1,000 mm length
• Wire erosion 1,200x700x400x mm / travel 550x350x400 mm
• Drill EDM 340×240 mm, workpiece height max. 600 mm up to 200 kg unit weight
• 3D measurement up to 1,000x700x350 mm
