Melting

We melt your special material from a batch size of approx. 1.4 tons. Not at some point, but sooner than you think.

We produce steels for cold, hot and high-speed work as well as stainless, acid- and heat-resistant grades in a variety of block formats. This is usually remelted in individual special analyzes for our customers on a conventional basis or ESU. We deliver smaller quantities on request.

Wrought

We shape the steel produced in our melt in precisely coordinated stitch plans from forging step to forging step - refined by the appropriate material-specific heat treatment. Designed to achieve the optimal degree of deformation and structural condition, including the necessary processing procedures.

Contract forging/reforging

You supply special and high-performance materials to your demanding customers, and we provide support in the area of hot forming. Regardless of whether blocks are turned into semi-finished products, semi-finished products into bar material, reforging of semi-finished products or bar material into other dimensional ranges - do we provide you with the forging know-how? We have over 60 years of experience in the field of hot forming of nickel-based alloys, cobalt-based alloys, superalloys, and a wide variety of alloys made of copper, titanium, vanadium, niobium, tantalum and steel.
