Blacksmith / Production Assistant m/f/d

for our forge area

Your tasks:

• In the team, you process our self-produced materials and contract-forged goods into high-quality forged semi-finished products.
• You operate and monitor our forging units, forging hammers, open-die forging presses, and manipulators.
• You carry out forging processes professionally and taking into account the specified process and quality requirements.
• You ensure the required quality and dimensional accuracy of the manufactured forged semi-finished products.
• You identify deviations in the forging process and initiate appropriate measures as required.
• You support the optimisation of workflows and forging processes

Your profile:

• Ideally, vocational training in the metal processing sector, preferably as a blacksmith, industrial mechanic, structural metal fabricator, or in a comparable occupation.
• Ideally, professional experience in free-form forging or the metalworking industry would be advantageous.
• Experience with forging presses, manipulators and comparable production equipment desirable
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Responsible, reliable and diligent working method.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Teamwork and good communication skills.
