Machine & plant operator m/f/d

We are a medium-sized company with our own steel production and hot forming. With around 85 employees, we are a specialist provider of high-alloy steel alloys and a contact for contract forging of all hot-formable special materials and provide training in the profession Machine & plant operator m/f/d out of. The duration of the training is 2 years, but can be shortened depending on suitability.

Expecting you:

• Working in an area that has always been at the heart of our company - on or around the forging hammers and presses.
• Here you will work in the blacksmith team on impressive plant technology such as open-die forging presses, hammers or manipulators.
• As soon as you are confident in operating the systems, you will operate and control these systems independently in the normal production process.
• You will learn everything you need to know in an exciting and varied training course with us. Of course, during your training period you will also gain an insight into the other exciting areas of our company.
• If you are suitable, you have the opportunity to expand your training to become a metal and steel forming process technologist (total training period 3.5 years).

Your profile:

• You have a good secondary school diploma or higher.
• You enjoy impressive technology, have good craftsmanship and can get involved.
• You are a team player, conscientious and reliable.
