We are a medium-sized company in the steel industry (steelworks, open-die forging, toolmaking) with 75 employees and are looking for an employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible as

HR Administrator (Part-time, m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• They manage and maintain our time tracking system.
• They are the contact persons for time tracking, vacation and absence monitoring, and any related employee questions.
• They prepare the payroll and salary statements.
• They independently handle all correspondence, including reporting and certification procedures, with social security institutions and government agencies.
• They maintain and manage the employee database.
• They create employment contracts, certificates and references.
• They are the contact persons for employees and managers regarding billing-related questions.
• They are responsible for organizing occupational health examinations for our employees.
  

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources, and have several years of professional experience.
• They have basic knowledge of labor, tax and social security law.
• They are able to work independently and possess a structured and meticulous work ethic.
• You have good MS Office skills.
• They possess a strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor.
• Experience in occupational health examinations is an advantage.
