We are a medium-sized company in the steel industry with 85 employees and are looking for an employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible

Employees for our smelting plant m/f/d

Your tasks:

• As an employee in our smelting plant (m/f/d), you will produce a wide range of special steels.
• They are at the beginning of our process chain for high-quality forged products and help us in the production of our quality steels.
• Your tasks include assembling the ingredients for each melting batch, filling the melting furnace, preparing the casting process and pouring the liquid steel into ingots.
• You will work in a small, motivated team with a flat hierarchy in a modern smelting plant with all the necessary facilities.

Your profile:

• You can work independently, are motivated, have a high level of quality awareness and are a team player.
• You have manual skills and a hands-on approach and are interested in working in an unusual, impressive work environment.
• It is not a must, but you may already have experience in a smelting or foundry plant, possibly vocational training as a metal process technologist / iron & steel metallurgy (m/f/d) or comparable training.
• Although you are a career changer without any previous knowledge, you enjoy getting used to a new work environment.
